MATCHA MOUSSE!
New York based chef, Danielle Alex, whipped together a beautiful vegan variation of a classic dessert – mousse! Combining her love for food and cultures, Danielle’s matcha mousse takes your taste buds on a journey.
Here’s what you need:
1 container of Anita’s Yogurt
1 avocado
1 t matcha powder
1 t vanilla bean paste or fresh vanilla bean
1/4 c of agave or sweetener of choice
Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator and serve with berries and cocoa nibs!
