Weichen Yan, a food writer for NYU’s Spoon University, shared two recent recipes with a creative spin on Anita’s Yogurt!
First, a savory Thai-inspired avocado “toast” with black sticky rice patty and “coyo” drizzle.
To make: cook black sticky rice per packet instruction. While warm, stir in Panang curry paste to taste. Shape into a patty and toast in a toaster oven so the top gets a lovely crunch, topped with radish slices, avocado rose and @anitasyogurt mixed with a little @malkorganics Cashew milk. Enjoy!
Next, something for the sweeter frame of mind, a BYO Mango coconut parfait.
To make: 1.5 tbsp @salbachia and 2 tbsp @coachsoats soaked in 1/2 c @dahliciouslassi mango lassi and 2 tbsp @genius_juice coconut smoothie. Layered with fresh mango, @anitasyogurt coco yogurt, @purely_elizabeth grain free granola and almond @perfectbar.
