Chitra Agrawal’s Coconut Yogurt Raita

We love our friend Chitra’s raita recipe using Anita’s Yogurt! Raita is an Indian, Pakistani and Bangladeshi side dish made with dahi (or in our case, Anita’s yogurt), raw or cooked vegetables and non-traditional fruits. Chitra uses her homemade rhubarb-ginger achaar. Recipe below! You can learn more about Chitra and her delicious recipes on her website, follow her on Instagram @chitra, or head on over to @brooklyndelhi to grab some of this awesome rhubarb-ginger achaar!
